By creating an account and using the DevSikho platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Payments: All payments for batches are processed through our third-party payment processor (Razorpay). By making a purchase, you agree to their terms.

Refunds: Please see our Refund Policy for details on eligibility and how to request a refund.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with anyone.
• Download, copy, or redistribute video content without explicit permission.
• Use any automated means to access the Service or scrape data.
• Harass other users or educators in comments, chat, or forums.
• Cheat during quizzes or exams, including using external help, switching tabs, or copy-pasting answers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests. This includes, but is not limited to, cheating on quizzes or sharing paid content.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
