Terms of Service

By creating an account and using the DevSikho platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of DevSikho, including students, instructors, and administrators.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You must notify us immediately at suryamani@devsikho.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

Payments: All payments for batches and courses are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

Refunds: We offer a 6-hour no-questions-asked refund window from the time of purchase, subject to eligibility criteria. Please see our full Refund Policy for complete details.

By using DevSikho, you agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• Download, record, copy, or redistribute any video content, notes, or course material without explicit written permission.
• Use any automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Service.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or educators in comments, chat, or any other channel.
• Cheat during quizzes or assessments, including using external resources, switching tabs, copy-pasting answers, or using AI tools unless explicitly permitted.
• Upload or share any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the platform.

All course content, videos, notes, quizzes, designs, and code on DevSikho are owned by DevSikho or its content creators and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal, non-commercial use only.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our educators, or our platform. This includes but is not limited to cheating, sharing paid content, or repeated violations of community guidelines.

Upon termination, your access to all purchased content will be revoked. Refunds will not be granted if termination is due to a Terms violation.

DevSikho is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific learning outcomes or career results will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevSikho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to DevSikho in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of DevSikho shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
