• Payment Information: When you purchase a batch, our payment processor (Razorpay) collects your payment details. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
• Usage Data: Information such as watch progress, quiz attempts, live class attendance, and comments.
• Quiz Proctoring Data: We may log activities like tab switches, copy/paste, and right-clicks to ensure academic integrity.

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our services.
• Process your payments and enroll you in batches.
• Grant you access to assigned groups and content.
• Send notifications about classes, comments, and new content.
• Display analytics like attendance and quiz performance.
• Improve and personalize the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

• Educators/Admins: They can view your performance data for monitoring.
• Other Students: Your username may appear in comments, live chat, and leaderboards.
• Service Providers: We use third parties for payments, hosting, and notifications.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, bcrypt hashing, JWT tokens, and signed URLs for streaming content.

You can update your information from your Profile Settings. You may also request account deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
