The 6-Hour Guarantee

We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 6 hours of your purchase. If you feel the course isn't the right fit for you immediately after enrolling, you can claim a full refund directly from your dashboard.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The request must be made within 6 hours of the transaction time.
  • You must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.
  • The purchase was not made using a restricted promotional code (unless specified otherwise).
  • Only one refund request is allowed per user per batch.

How to Request a Refund

We've made the process automated and hassle-free:

  1. Go to your Purchases & Refunds section in the Dashboard.
  2. Find the batch you purchased.
  3. If you are within the 6-hour window, you will see a "Request Refund" button.
  4. Click the button, select a reason, and submit.

Once submitted, the request is reviewed by our admins (usually within 24 hours). Upon approval, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The 6-hour window has passed.
  • We detect suspicious activity or abuse of our refund policy (e.g., downloading all notes/videos and then requesting a refund).
  • Your account has been banned for violating our Terms of Service.
