Refund Policy

We offer a no-questions-asked full refund within 6 hours of your purchase. If you feel the course isn't the right fit immediately after enrolling, you can claim a refund directly from your dashboard - no emails, no waiting.

A refund request is eligible if all of the following conditions are met:

• The request is submitted within 6 hours of the original transaction time.
• You have completed no more than 20% of the course content.
• The purchase was not made using a restricted promotional or discount code (unless the offer explicitly states refundability).
• Only one refund request is allowed per user per batch.

We've made the process automated and hassle-free:

1. 1Go to your Purchases & Refunds section in the Dashboard.
2. 2Find the batch you purchased and click "Request Refund."
3. 3The button is visible only within the 6-hour refund window.
4. 4Select a reason and submit. Your request will be reviewed within 24 hours.
5. 5Upon approval, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The 6-hour refund window has expired.
• More than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
• We detect suspicious activity or clear abuse of the refund policy (e.g., downloading all resources and then requesting a refund).
• Your account has been suspended or banned for violating our Terms of Service.
• The purchase was made with a non-refundable promotional code.

Once your refund is approved by our team (within 24 hours of submission), the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
